How To: Delete Blogger Blog

Since the Blogger dashboard was redesigned, there have been many changes in the way the dashboard appears and the placement of the earlier options. Many times, the people who are used to the old Blogger dashboard find it confusing to locate the various blogger options. So here is a simple tutorial for those people who are thinking about deleting their blogspot blog.



First visit the blogger dashboard and select the blog which you want to delete. Visit the settings section and then select the "Other" option. You will see a list of options and at the top in the Blog Tools section, you will see three options, Import blog, Export blog and Delete blog.

Once you click on Delete blog, you will see a message along with the option to download all the content on your blog before deleting it.

If you want you can select the Download Blog option or else click on the Delete This Blog option. Once you select the option, you will be taken to the blogger dashboard where along with the list of blogs, you will see a list of deleted blogs and an option to undelete them. These blogs can be restored within 90 days after which they will be deleted forever.
